Tuning or Remapping your vehicle can have a large amount of benefits to your cars performance and fuel consumption. Some benefits include, more horsepower and torque, better throttle response and improved fuel efficiency.
Tuning cost varies from car to car. Most tuning starts from £180.00 the more additional options that you have with your tune will cost more but we are confident we are very competitive.
We suggest that if you want to tune your car you double check with your car manufacturer or dealer to find out if a tune will invalidate your warranty.
We would suggest that you let your insurer know that your vehicle is tuned/remapped. Sometimes this can increase or decrease your annual premium but this varies from insurer to insurer.
We do offer a flashback service. This puts your vehicles ECU back to the original state before we Tuned/Remapped your vehicle. ASB Performance will perform this service for free if the vehicle is flashed back within 6 months of the original tuning. After 6 months there will be a fee of £35.00.
Of course. As long as your vehicle still has its DPF (diesel particulate filter) or Catalytic converter in place you will have no problem passing the MOT. We recommend that you only delete DPF or Catalytic converter for off road use only.
